The "dragon" being both Dragon*Con... and cancer. It's a spoonerism, see? A lame attempt at word play? Well, no, we don't mean to say that she plans to "slay" anyone at Dragon*Con, that part was just directed at the... you know... the cancer. Why do you have to be so critical? Oh shut up, like you could do any better... Sheesh.
